本科研团队为功能薄膜光电子器件团队，现有教授1名、副教授3名、讲师5名。主要研究化合物半导体薄膜、氧化物电子薄膜、有机半导体及其集成光电子器件。依托Peter Grunberg中心和功能薄膜实验室开展研究工作。课题组先后发表SCI/EI论文150余篇，获得专利40余项。
Functional Thin-film Optoelectronic Devices
Our research focuses on functional thin film optoelectronic devices. The group has 9 teachers，including 1 professor, 3 associate professors and 5 lecturers. Our current research projects mainly includes compound semiconductor thin film，oxide electronic thin film, organic semiconductors and their applications in integrated optoelectronic devices. Our research work mainly rely on Peter Grunberg center and Functional film Laboratory. The group has published more than 150 papers in academic journals, and applied more than 40 national invention and new practical patents.
